POWER FOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

God is so good! He asks you to do something, and He also helps you to do it. God’s Word Translation of 2 Thessalonians 1:11b says, “We also pray that through [his] power he will help you accomplish every good desire and help you do everything your faith produces.” Hallelujah! If I were you, I would begin to desire to do great things for God! The verse says that God’s power is available to help us accomplish every good desire. Did you see that? It says “every good desire.” Why don’t you prepare your list of desires and things you want to accomplish for yourself and also for the kingdom of God. The verse also talks about God helping us do everything our faith produces. In other words, if you can take that first step of faith, God will back you up! Stop trying to do things by your own strength and wisdom; have you not read that it is not by might or by power, but by the Spirit of God? Isn't it better to spend a few minutes in prayer to seek God’s assistance daily than to wear yourself out the whole day and achieve only little or nothing? With your own strength and resources, life will be full of struggles and you will be no different from your competitors, but with God’s power, you will achieve extraordinary results and have all you need to excel. Just as Paul prayed, I pray for you today, that God, through His power will help you accomplish great things! I pray for you, that you be divinely helped in your business, in school, on your job and in whatever thing you get yourself involved in! I pray for you, that God will help you to achieve amazing results that will cause your colleagues and competitors to wonder! Receive that power for accomplishments, in Jesus’ name! Amen.
