Thus Says The Lord

"The Lord, the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel, says to the one who is despised and rejected by the nations, to the one who is the servant of rulers: 'Kings will stand at attention when you pass by. Princes will also bow low because of the Lord, the faithful one, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.'” Isaiah 49:7 NLT

Say Amen!

Psalms 118:22-23 says, "The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone. This is the Lord’s doing, and it is wonderful to see."

Shout hallelujah!

So shall it be, in Jesus name! Amen.

Four Very Important Things

"Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control." I Timothy 2:15 NKJV

Don't say that Paul was talking to only women; faith, love, holiness and self-control are four important things every child of God should possess.

The truth is that these four things are so important that they guarantee our salvation: in other words, without them we have no destiny with God. Please take this seriously.

Without faith it is impossible to please God; without love we are nothing; without holiness no eye will see the Lord; and without self-control we are like cities broken down and without walls. We must therefore continue in faith, love, holiness and self-control. Amen.

Be A Brother Indeed

"But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner — not even to eat with such a person." I Corinthians 5:11 NKJV

Paul started by saying, "I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world." Then he instructed them to avoid so-called brethren who are still living in sin.

The choice is yours: you are either a brother indeed or you are not at all. You cannot continue to deceive yourself.

You can succeed in hiding your sinful lifestyle from everyone, but you can never hide it from God. You can fool everyone else, but you cannot fool yourself. You are either going to deal with that weakness or the weakness will cost you much more than you ever imagined.

Divine Revelations

"And in a vision he has seen a man named Ananias coming in and putting his hand on him, so that he might receive his sight.” Acts 9:12 NKJV

Prophet Joel prophesied: "And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams."

It's obvious that God wants to reveal things to us. The Christian shouldn't be the one that's always surprised by the things happening around us; we should be the ones telling people what is about to happen!

God can give you revelations about your job, business, marriage, interviews and so on. I pray for you today, that your eyes shall be anointed to see from today henceforth in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Having An Expectation

"So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them." Acts 3:5 NKJV

The story is told of a certain man lame from his mother’s womb whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple to ask alms from those who entered the temple. The man saw Peter and John about to go into the temple, and he asked them for alms. But fortunately for the man Peter and John had no money to give him. But they had something better; so they said to him, “Look at us.” And thank God that he gave them his attention.

The man didn't only give them his attention; he did that expecting to receive something from them. When we go to the presence of God, do we go with expectations? Do we even give God our attention?

Don't go before God without an expectation. You see, when men met Jesus He asked them, "What do you want Me to do for you?" In other words, He expected them to have expectations. Always have something that you expect God to do for you; that's one secret of receiving from Him.

Working For God With A Right Attitude

"And they lodged all around the house of God because they had the responsibility, and they were in charge of opening it every morning." I Chronicles 9:27 NKJV

That chapter of the Bible talked about the Levites and their responsibilities in the house of God. Some were gatemen, and the Bible says that they lived around the house of God because of the responsibility that was given to them.

Those Levites were committed to the work which they were given, you can tell just by reading about them that they were passionate about their duties, and faithful in doing it. They even had to live around the temple.

What's your attitude towards the work that you have been given in the house of God? You know, there are times when members are asked to come together and do certain tasks and some never bother to show up. Some of us are inactive members of various departments and units in church! It shouldn't be so. Let's serve with a right attitude.

The Greatest Giver

"Also King Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel who were assembled with him before the ark, were sacrificing sheep and oxen that could not be counted or numbered for multitude." II Chronicles 5:6 NKJV

In 2 Chronicles 1, we read that Solomon went up to the bronze altar before the Lord, which was at the tabernacle of meeting, and offered a thousand burnt offerings on it. On that night God appeared to Solomon, and said to him, “Ask! What shall I give you?” As if that was not enough, the man is seen in chapter 5 again, sacrificing sheep and oxen that could not be numbered!

Some people will give just N200 which is now about half a Dollar and they will go about feeling good with themselves, and acting as if God and the church owes them so much!

You cannot get the best of God until you become the type of person whose giving gets His attention! When Solomon gave a thousand burnt offerings God appeared to Him; when he gave offerings that could not be numbered, the glory of God filled the temple so much that even the priests couldn't stand to minister. Wow! Hallelujah!

The enemies of the Jews were the ones that reported that the work that the Jews did prospered in their hands. That's awesome! Your enemies will testify of your success in Jesus name!

Psalm 1:1-3 says, "Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper."

Whatever you do should prosper. That's the perfect will of God. Your business should prosper; your job too should prosper! May that become your reality from this day in Jesus name. Amen.

You Shall Not Lack

"Forty years You sustained them in the wilderness; they lacked nothing; their clothes did not wear out and their feet did not swell." Nehemiah 9:21 NKJV

Brothers and sisters, it is really possible not to lack! Some of us have become used to lacking things, and we've accepted it as normal; we've stopped believing for a life without lack.

But the Lord is our Shepherd; we should not lack! For forty years God sustained the Israelites in the desert. If you've not been to a desert, I'm sure that you've seen pictures of one; that's not where you would expect to have a surplus of anything, but that's where God catered for millions of people for forty whole years! Because He is God, and with Him nothing is impossible!

It doesn't matter where you are or what you do for a living, it is possible for you not to lack. We must stop relying on what we earn and begin to look unto our Shepherd. We will lack as long as we are relying upon our own abilities to provide for ourselves, but when we acknowledge God as our Shepherd we will never lack. You will not lack in Jesus name. Amen.

The Instruction

"Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give." Matthew 10:8 NKJV

When Jesus called His twelve disciples to Himself, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. Before Jesus even told them what to teach He first gave them power!

And the instructions were clear: heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, and cast out demons! Those instructions were not for the twelve disciples alone, those instructions are for everyone of us!

Brothers and sisters, I'm trying to stir us up; I'm trying to remind us of what ministry is really about; I'm trying to reawaken our consciousness: we are not a powerless people! The kingdom of God is not in word only, but in the demonstration of power! Our effectiveness and relevance lies in the use of the power of God to minister to the needs of the world.

Love Does Not Seek To Destroy

"But He turned and rebuked them, and said, 'You do not know what manner of spirit you are of." Luke 9:55 NKJV

Jesus wanted to visit Samaria but the Samaritans did not receive Him. James and John were mad, and they said to Jesus, “Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and consume them, just as Elijah did?” But Jesus turned and rebuked them, “You do not know what manner of spirit you are of. For the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives but to save them.” He said.

I watched a preacher on TV who was leading his members in prayer; he said to them, "Somebody must die before this prayer and fasting is over." They were fasting for a certain number of days. I was walking past a house many years ago when I heard someone pray, "Die! Die! Die! Die!" Those were his only words! Oh Lord! I thought that was witchcraft!

Brothers and sisters, Jesus did not come to destroy the lives of men, but to save them! And that's all that we should be doing! Jesus had enemies; they even killed Him; but even on the cross He loved them still. That's the kind of attitude that God wants us to have.

Love Is Not By Power

Love Is Not By Power

"Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous, it does not brag, and it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not selfish, and it cannot be made angry easily. Love does not remember wrongs done against it. Love is never happy when others do wrong, but it is always happy with the truth. Love never gives up on people. It never stops trusting, never loses hope, and never quits." 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ERV

If you were to judge yourself with the Scriptures above, would you pass or fail? Or if you were to rate your love on a scale of 1-10, what would your score be? I think we should all take the test now, after all, the Bible instructs us to judge ourselves.

Just before David died, he said to Solomon, “You remember what Joab son of Zeruiah did to me. He killed two of the commanders of Israel’s army, Abner son of Ner and Amasa son of Jether. Remember, it was during a time of peace when he spilled the blood that splattered onto his sword belt and army boots. I should have punished him then. Use your wisdom, but don’t let him die peacefully of old age. And remember, Shimei son of Gera is still around. He is the Benjamite from Bahurim who cursed me when I ran away to Mahanaim. But when he came down to meet me at the Jordan River, I made a promise to him before the Lord that I would not kill him. Now, don’t leave him unpunished. You are a wise man. You will know what you must do, but don’t let him die peacefully of old age.” 1 Kings 2:5-6, 8-9

Brothers and sisters, that was David, a man of God! Even David failed the test of love; for many years David bore grudges against Joab and Shimei. That's to tell you that we cannot truly love by our own abilities; we can only love by the power of the Holy Spirit. True love is divine.

Add Love

"To your devotion add kindness toward your brothers and sisters in Christ, and to this kindness add love." 2 Peter 1:7 ERV

I had never thought that there could be a difference between love and kindness until now. I actually used to define love as doing something that's in the best interest of another. But now, I know better.

Kindness is an act while love is an emotion. True, when there's love there will be kindness, but you'll agree with me that there can be kindness without love. That's what Paul taught when he said, "I may give away everything I have to help others, and I may even give my body as an offering to be burned. But I gain nothing by doing all this if I don’t have love." 1 Corinthians 13:3

It's good to be kind, but you've got to add love. I'm talking about the God kind of love! You know, God is love; and God is a Spirit. Love therefore is a spirit that enables us feel and manifest the goodness of God towards others. No man can truly love like God without having God in him. It is the Holy Spirit who fills us with the love of God. You and I therefore are capable of loving others as God loves us. Amen.

The Commandment

"This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you." John 15:12 NKJV

The funny thing about us human beings is that we like big and complicated things: we tend to overlook it if it is simple; for us to take it seriously, we think that it ought to be somewhat difficult and mysterious.

Is it not interesting that people are still talking about the many commandments of the Old Testament when there's just one in the New? Those commandments that the Israelites couldn't keep is what we love to "hear" about: but 1 John 5:3 says that "His commandments are not burdensome."

There is only one commandment; just one: to love one another. Jesus said it in John 15:12, and He repeated it again in John 15:17, "These things I command you, that you love one another." Here's the mystery: he who keeps this one commandment has kept every other commandment!

Nothing, Without Love

"And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing." I Corinthians 13:2 NKJV

We live in a world where people want to do miracles, they want to cast out devils, raise the dead, they want to even fly, appear and disappear; they want to have supernatural powers, and they want to do all sort of supernatural things, but no one is so desirous to love.

People talk so much about revival; I don't know what they want to revive; what we need now more than ever before is a revival of the spirit of love in us!

We celebrate men and women who do signs and wonders; we celebrate men and women who prophesy; we celebrate men and women who can teach the scriptures; but hardly do we notice those among us who are loving like Christ. Brothers and sisters, you might be able to do all those wonderful things, you might be able to pray for days nonstop; but without love; in the sight of God you are nothing!

The Secret Of Receiving From God

"And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight." I John 3:22 NKJV

Drive through town at any time of the day, and you are likely to see people in a church praying. A lot of people are praying worldwide, in different languages, but how many people are receiving from God?

John gives us the secret of receiving: He said that we will receive whatever we ask, if we keep God's commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. He doesn't leave us in doubt: he told us what he meant; "And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment."

What are the secrets? Faith and love. For without faith, it is impossible to please God! They that come to Him must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Having believed, we must love one another. Dear brothers and sisters, nothing pleases God more than when we love one another. Fasting and prayers is not what pleases Him; neither is it speaking in tongues or memorizing scriptures; all that is rubbish if we are not loving one another.

Dying For Others To Live

"By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren." I John 3:16 NKJV

Manny Pacquiao announced on his Facebook two days ago that he had built more than a thousand houses for members of his constituency! He shared a picture of the houses; and he's still building more! To build over a thousand houses cost millions of dollars; it requires sacrifice. Brothers and sisters, that is love!

Do you know why there was no lack in the early church? It's because people who had made sacrifices; they gave up what they had so that those who did not have could have. People sold their lands and other valuables, and surrendered all the monies to the apostles: brothers and sisters, that's true love!

The best some of us have ever done is to give out our used items. Some of us are rich; some are not so rich, but comfortable; but we are not in any way laying down our lives for others. We talk so much about love, but we do not really love. John said, "But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth."

You Shall See Disaster No More

"The Lord has taken away your judgments, He has cast out your enemy. The King of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst; you shall see disaster no more." Zephaniah 3:15 NKJV

Disaster refer to anything that causes damage or loss; of course, disasters cause suffering, pain, sorrow and sadness; disasters disrupt your peace, they rob you of your joy; disasters are unpleasant and undesirable events.

Some people and families have been greatly affected by disastrous events; sometimes it's not just one, but a string of disastrous events! They have had to deal with several challenges at home, at work, in school and everywhere else. Just imagine Job being attacked by the devil and losing every single thing including his children and his health within a few hours: that's a classic case of how terrible disasters can be.

But I have a good word for someone today: God says that you shall see disasters no more! I have come today to put a full stop to the attacks of Satan in your life! I decree that the end has come in the name of Jesus! And I command the peace of God to flood your life! I declare, that everything that you have lost be divinely restored, in the name of Jesus! "Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives, when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear." I Peter 3:1-2 NKJV

Only God knows how much we spend as a church organizing events, on publications, and on being on media monthly; of course, they are very effective means of propagating the gospel, but just imagine how many souls will be won if everyone of us lives life in such a way that exemplifies what we teach.

Action speaks louder than words. It's true. Many times our messages have no impact because people cannot see us live out what we preach! You'll be shocked to know that lots of people are afraid of even dealing with pastors! When I got a place for church, the landlord insisted on meeting me first before sealing the deal. Why? He said that he had had a number of unpleasant experiences with pastors!

Brothers and sisters; how we live our lives will either encourage people to believe our gospel or put stumbling blocks in their paths. How you relate with your coworkers matter; how you behave in class matters; your attitude in the bus, in the market, and everywhere else matters. Be consistent; live every second being conscious of the fact that "all eyes are on you".

"So the Lord said to him, 'What is that in your hand?' He said, 'A rod.' And He said, 'Cast it on the ground.' So he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from it." Exodus 4:2-3 NKJV

God turned the rod of Moses into a serpent; Jesus too turned water to wine. In the first instance, God gave life to a lifeless object, and in the second instance, He made something tasteless to become tasteful. That's the God we serve! Hallelujah!

Let me tell you a little more about what God can do. God can bring forth something out of nothing. Do you understand that? Are you aware that this world that you see was created out of nothing? Jesus too came forth out of nothing (that is without a man)! Listen to me; God's power is not limited by the absence of anything! Lack of money cannot limit Him; He's not limited by lack of space; even time cannot limit Him!

God is too powerful! There is nothing that He cannot do! If He has not done it yet, it is simply because there's been no need, or no demand for it! There's absolutely nothing that the power of God cannot accomplish! I prophesy to you today in the name of Jesus; you will experience the power of God in your life this year in an unusual way! Your Walk And Your Blessing

"I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth." III John 1:4 NKJV

Apostle John wrote to Gaius, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth."

You know, we love to quote 3 John 2 and believe God for prosperity, failing to realize that it was a prayer for someone who was walking in the truth. In other words, enjoying prosperity and health are the rewards of walking in the truth. You can't be walking in error and expect God to bless you; you can't also be walking in sin and in deceit and expect to enjoy the blessings of God. Please take note of that.

Your walk determines your blessings! When Abraham was ninety-nine years old, God appeared to him and said to him, “I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” (Genesis 17:1-2). That right there, is the key to enjoying the blessings of God.

Declare The Good Works Of God

"I thought it good to declare the signs and wonders that the Most High God has worked for me." Daniel 4:2 NKJV

Those words were spoken by King Nebuchadnezzar, the most powerful man in the world in his time. He wrote to people in every nation about the signs and wonders that God did for him.

God does so much for us everyday: I'm not even talking about the things we are unaware of, I'm talking about the ones we are aware of; yet not many of us testify of His goodness. That's so wrong. It is the will of God that we declare His good works, because that is what glorifies Him.

Psalms 89:1 says, "I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever; with my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all generations." And Psalm 118:17 says, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." Let every day of your life be used to declare the works of the Lord. Your Attitude Towards Sin

"Fools mock at sin, but among the upright there is favor." Proverbs 14:9 NKJV

People take sin for granted today, to their own detriment, I must say. There are so many destructive doctrines being taught in the Church, that makes people comfortable sinning. The worst part is that you find even believers defending their sinful actions.

The Bible says that it is fools that mock at sin. Don't say, "Oh, that's the Old Testament"; in the New Testament, Hebrews 12:14 to be precise, the Bible says that we should pursue holiness, without which no eye will see God.

Brothers and sisters, I'm talking about our attitude to sin. I understand that we are imperfect; even God understands that, but we must have a right attitude towards sin: being born again means that we have dominion over sin and that we have the nature of Christ in us. Sin destroys the good that God has prepared for us! Sins destroys our fellowship with the Spirit of God! Sin robs us of our blessings! Let us pursue holiness from this day.

A Powerful Church

"And all the people returned to the camp, to Joshua at Makkedah, in peace. No one moved his tongue against any of the children of Israel." Joshua 10:21 NKJV

Under military regimes people were afraid to speak against the government of the day even in their bedrooms! Why? Because they feared that there were spies around who would report them to the authorities, and the punishments were grave. Only very courageous people dared to speak against the government, and they suffered the consequences.

Listen to me people, the Church of Jesus was not meant to be a timid and fearful set of people; no! But that's what we have today, that's why people are praying everyday about deliverance from things that are not even pursuing them. The Bible says that no one dared to utter a word against the children of Israel because there was great glory upon them. Acts 5:13 says that the people esteemed the church highly because of God's grace upon them.

What you need is to be a carrier of the grace and glory of God. Even Satan will be afraid of you! Isaiah 54:17 says, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me,' says the Lord." Glory to God!

The New Living Translation says, "You see, we are not like the many hucksters who preach for personal profit. We preach the word of God with sincerity and with Christ’s authority, knowing that God is watching us."

It's true, you know; there are so many people today preaching the gospel for personal profit. Their goal is just to make money; they are businessmen and not pastors; what they are interested in is how much money they make from a service; when they pray for you, they charge you; it's all about the money and nothing else.

Apart from money, the Bible also talks about some other wrong reasons why people preach: Philippians 1:15-17 says, "Some indeed preach Christ even from envy and strife, and some also from goodwill: the former preach Christ from selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my chains; but the latter out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the gospel."

There's only one acceptable way to preach the gospel; with sincerity, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Focused On The Future

“Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old." Isaiah 43:18 NKJV

Some people never stop talking about the good old days; the sad part is that they are not doing anything to make today and tomorrow as good, or even better than those good old days! They just sit down whining, glued to yesterday in their imaginations.

In Jeremiah 29:11 God says that He wants to give us a future. In other words, He has prepared great things for us in the days to come! But we will never get them as long as we keep looking backwards! So He said, don't remember the past, don't even consider it.

Be motivated by what's coming rather than what has already come to pass. One thing is certain: you can never go back to the past. And the past will not determine the future except you choose to allow it do so. Don't rob yourself of a happy tomorrow just because you had a painful past; don't let what happened yesterday deprive you of enjoying the glorious future reserved for you by God. Forgetting the past and reaching on to the things which are ahead! Hallelujah!

Free And Happy

“But, for my followers, goodness will shine on you like the rising sun. And it will bring healing power like the sun’s rays. You will be free and happy, like calves freed from their stalls." Malachi 4:2 ERV

In Malachi 4, Malachi talked about a time of judgment that's coming. He said "It will be like a hot furnace. All the proud people will be punished. All the evil people will burn like straw. At that time they will be like a bush burning in the fire, and there will not be a branch or root left.” That was the word of God.

That should not scare you because the judgement is not for us children of God; we have been delivered from judgement: hallelujah! God said through Malachi, “But, for my followers, goodness will shine on you like the rising sun. And it will bring healing power like the sun’s rays. You will be free and happy, like calves freed from their stalls." Wow! Glory to God!

Isaiah 60:2 says, "Darkness now covers the earth, and the people are in darkness. But the Lord will shine on you, and his Glory will appear over you." It doesn't matter how terrible things are around you, your own case shall be different! Others may be in distress and confusion, but you will be free and happy! Jesus set you free, and you are free indeed!

Divine Prosperity

Divine Prosperity

"Wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings have had who were before you, nor shall any after you have the like.” II Chronicles 1:12 NKJV

It seems that a lot of us think that we have to struggle to prosper. "From rag to riches" stories appeal to us, we think that that's the only route to prosperity. Some even like to boast that they are "self made" millionaires; I really don't know what that even means!

Brothers and sisters; I put it to you today that there's such a thing as divine prosperity! Divine prosperity is when you prosper supernaturally; this kind of prosperity is not a result of your own skills and abilities; not a result of your own wisdom and connection; it is prosperity by God Himself; a prosperity that makes you declare, "It is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in my eyes!"

God said to Abraham; "I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing." Genesis 12:2. Isn't that awesome! The God of Abraham is our God, and He also desires to bless and prosper us as He did to Abraham! Be blessed; become great and prosper in the name of Jesus!

God Will Make You Bigger

God Will Make You Bigger

"Now for the house of my God I have prepared with all my might: gold for things to be made of gold, silver for things of silver, bronze for things of bronze, iron for things of iron, wood for things of wood, onyx stones, stones to be set, glistening stones of various colors, all kinds of precious stones, and marble slabs in abundance." I Chronicles 29:2 NKJV

One man, David, provided that much for the building of the Temple of God! He was big! Only a very wealthy man can do that. May God make you that big in Jesus name. Amen.

A lot of us want to do great things for God and the Kingdom but we haven't been able to; receive grace now, in the name of Jesus!

I pray for you today in the name of Jesus; you will prosper, you will be great, you will succeed in whatever you do! Lack is expelled from your life forever! Whenever there is a need in the house of God you will always be able to contribute significantly towards meeting that need; men will call you blessed; you will never experience dryness; God will greatly increase you on every side; your capacity shall be increased continually and you will be a blessing to everyone who comes in contact with you. Say Amen!

Blessed In All Things

Blessed In All Things

"Now Abraham was old, well advanced in age; and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things." Genesis 24:1 NKJV

Wow! Abraham was blessed in all things! When his chief of staff spoke about Abraham's blessings, he said, "The Lord has blessed my master greatly, and he has become great; and He has given him flocks and herds, silver and gold, male and female servants, and camels and donkeys." That's not all; he added, "And Sarah my master’s wife bore a son to my master."

There are people who have many children, but no money; some have money but no children. There are some others who have money and children, but they lack some other very important thing, maybe good health; that's not the perfect will of God for us, He wants to bless us in all things!

Abraham's blessings are ours! Therefore we too should be blessed in all things. You deserve it because you are the child of the Most High God! Refuse to settle for less; make it your confession until it becomes your reality; "Abraham's blessings are mine and I am blessed in all things!" Amen!

Abundance For Every Good Work

Abundance For Every Good Work

"And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work." II Corinthians 9:8 NKJV

I am working on the venue of church at the moment, and so I had prepared a budget to enable me use the monies available and those expected prudently. In order to speed up work in church, and meet other very important needs, I decided to suspend printing hard copies of the devotional for a while. But God had other plans; without me having to ask anyone for assistance He supplied. I am printing the devotional and doing every other thing I planned to do!

You see, God's desire is to get all of us to a place of abundance. God doesn't want us suspending one work in order to do another; He is well able to provide for us to do everything that we need to do according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Start believing God for an abundance. We must stop limiting ourselves by our resources. That you have a Dollar doesn't mean that all your plans must be tied to that Dollar; that's not the way God wants us to operate; He wants us to live by faith and not by sight! The cattle on a thousand hills belong to Him! All the silver and gold in the world belong to Him! And He can wire them from anywhere in the world directly to you! Say Amen!
